When the temperature rises, there’s nothing more refreshing than a twist on the classic Italian aperitivo. My frozen Aperol spritz takes the traditional cocktail to new heights with its slushy texture and tropical notes.
This recipe combines the signature bittersweet flavor of Aperol with the brightness of prosecco and a secret ingredient that makes all the difference: frozen mango. The mango adds natural sweetness and creates the perfect frozen consistency without watering down your drink.
