With the weather getting warmer, and normalcy on the horizon, we all yearn for an evening out with friends. Recently, I had a great experience at Osteria Mattone in downtown Roswell. I was able to indulged on an Italian dinner and wine pairings some of my favorite ladies.
Osteria Mattone offers an amazing dinner experience, a six-course pasta tasting menu for $65/person. This allowed us to taste a variety of the chef’s best seasonal dishes, while getting to focus on catching up and not worrying about what to order. This tasting experience is available exclusively via email at {information@osteriamattone.com} with at least 48 hours notice.
All of the pastas are made in-house on their Emiliomiti pasta extruder. The attention to detail, and time taken to curate and execute each course makes it an unforgettable experience.
If you are interested in elevating the experience, I recommend adding one of the two wine pairings their Sommelier, Dan, provides. There are two wine tiers available: wine pairings at $50.00/person & reserve wine pairing at $90.00/person (in addition to dinner). These options provide you a glass of wine to compliment each course.
Below is the menu we enjoyed on our recent visit; however as the seasons change, so will the menu. The patio is lively and certainly the place to be this time of year. I suggest getting a table outside, but no matter where you sit, you will leave feeling stuffed, satisfied, and smiling at the memories made from your evening.
